Wedding reception set for an elegant celebration

ProInvite

Know who's coming, where they sit, and who's already here.

One place for the guest list, the invitation, the replies, and the seating — from the first send to check-in at the reception.

One guest list

The people you invite are the people you seat.

Add a guest once. Tag them so you can find the group later, then select those names and send a reminder. Their invite, reply, table, and check-in stay on that person, even when the list gets long.

Find any guest, or a whole group

Parties, plus-ones, and dietary notes sit with the person, not in a side spreadsheet. Tag a group — family, colleagues, no reply yet — and pull them up when you need them.

A QR code for each guest to RSVP

Each guest gets their own QR code. They scan it and reply. Select everyone who has not replied and send them a reminder, without opening another app.

Scan the same QR code to check them in

At reception, scan the guest's QR code to register them. Their table is already there, and a seating change shows up on the check-in screen straight away.

On the day

Before guests arrive, you already know the room.

Schedule, seating, and who has arrived stay in one view, so you and the person greeting guests at reception are looking at the same names.

Put the date, the venue, and the schedule on the event site guests already have.

See who said yes, who said no, and who has gone quiet — without a group chat and a spreadsheet.

A late decline frees the seat. A walk-in can be seated at reception. You do not rebuild the chart.

How it starts

You should not have to assemble this yourself.

01

Name the wedding and set the look of the page guests will open.

02

Add the guest list, send the invites, and lay out the tables.

03

Take the replies, then scan the same QR code to check people in.

The planning should feel as finished as the day.

Open the workspace, add the first guests, and send something they can reply to.
